Lila ben Parmar lives in Bhatpura Savli, District Vadodara. She was not working anywhere before joining the group. One day she joined the Lakhpati Didi meeting, after the meeting, she joined Sakhi Mandal and got Community Investment Fund (CLF). She used this fund to open a Samosa shop and started selling Samosa in public places. Through this business, she started earning profit and her financial condition improved. She is earning around Rs. 15,000 per month.
