Mudraboina Pichamma has one acre farm from ancestors and some income comes from Land. She joined Sangeetha Self Help Group. After one year she has taken a loan of Rs.10,000/- from the bank. She started going to Vijayawada and Nizhnepatnam mandal as market base and dealing in dry fish. She applied for Pradhan Mantri formalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprise (PMFME) loan with the help of DRDA officials in the district. With a total of Rs. 1,50,000, she set up a small cart, through which the business increased step by step. Now she has been able to educate her children through this business and build a house to live with her family. She is earning a monthly income of around 25,000 per month.
