Her responsibilities include managing monthly savings installments, consumer credit loans, and regularizing financial transactions, which have greatly enhanced her income and impact. Through her dedication, Rushitaben has become a pillar of financial literacy and accessibility for her community. Her efforts ensure that all banking tasks for the sisters of Hingalaj Sakhi Mandal are smoothly executed, without any difficulties. Reflecting on her journey, she shares with contentment, “I don’t have much to say, but I feel satisfied doing this job,” highlighting the personal fulfillment and community impact she achieves through her work.
