In an effort to move towards women empowerment, the cluster coordinators under the District Village Development Agency, Ahwa-Dang Mission Mangalam National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) scheme gave her an understanding of how to form a team and help in the direction of women empowerment government to join the team. Ten Members joined Sakhi Mandal and opened a bank account and then received Rs. 5,000 revolving funds, Rs. 1 Lakh under the Chief Minister Mahila Utkarsh Yojana, through which they started doing various financings, both internally and financially. Efforts have been made to step Savitaben to get good yields and income from organic farming, which led to the adoption of organic farming in her village and neighboring villages. She started earning a good income of around Rs.15,000 per month from organic farming.
