She is a member of Sari Dharam Mahila Dal in her village. After Joining the Group, She participated in training for improved farming of paddy and vegetables which increased her income and decreased her expenditure. She has taken a loan from Self Help Group whenever required to invest in livelihoods. She received special Training for practising organic agriculture, pisciculture and excavation with the help of block Staff. She became technically sound in regenerative farming-agriculture and pisciculture. Her currently average monthly Income is Rs. 12,000/-.
সোমবাৰী বাস্কেৰ এই যাত্ৰাত গ্ৰাম্য মহিলাসকলে আৰ্থ-সামাজিক প্ৰত্যাহ্বানৰ পৰা ওপৰলৈ উঠি যোৱাৰ সম্ভাৱনা প্ৰদৰ্শন কৰা হৈছে। তেওঁৰ নিষ্ঠা আৰু কঠোৰ পৰিশ্ৰমে তেওঁৰ আৰ্থিক অৱস্থা বৃদ্ধি কৰাই নহয়, সমাজৰ বহু মহিলাক একেধৰণৰ সবলীকৰণৰ পথত আগবাঢ়িবলৈ অনুপ্ৰাণিত কৰিছে।
