বুডগাম জিলাৰ নৌবুগ গাঁৱৰ হায়াত ক্লাষ্টাৰৰ অন্তৰ্গত “ষ্টাৰ চেল্ফ হেল্প গ্ৰুপ”ৰ সদস্য তৌহিদা বানো। জম্মু-কাশ্মীৰ ৰাজ্যিক গ্ৰাম্য জীৱিকা অভিযানৰ ইউএমইডি আঁচনিৰ জৰিয়তে তেওঁ নিজৰ জীৱনটোক উল্লেখযোগ্যভাৱে ৰূপান্তৰিত কৰিছে। ইউএমইডিত যোগদান কৰাৰ পূৰ্বে তেওঁ প্ৰত্যাহ্বানমূলক জীৱন কটায়, ঘৰুৱা কাম আৰু আৰ্থিক বাধাৰ সৈতে যুঁজি দূৰৈৰ শিক্ষাৰ জৰিয়তে অধ্যয়ন চলাইছিল।
Her journey to empowerment began when she learned about the UMEED scheme and functioning of Self Help Groups. Joining the Self Help Group brought significant changes to her life. Despite facing criticism and lack of financial support, her determination led her to start a poultry farm in her village. Her persistence paid off as her poultry venture expanded from a modest start to a thriving business with over 10,000 chickens.
With the assistance of Jammu and Kashmir State Rural Livelihoods Mission, she not only achieved financial stability but also expanded her business. She opened another poultry farm through various loans, along with her investment. Her business now supplies chickens within and outside her district, and she owns a vehicle for transportation.
তাই ৫০ লাখ টকাৰ ওপৰত উপাৰ্জন কৰে।প্ৰতিমাহে ৩০,০০০/- টকা লাভ কৰি তেওঁৰ পৰিয়ালৰ জীৱন যথেষ্ট উন্নত হৈছে। মহিলাৰ সামৰ্থ্যৰ বিষয়ে ধাৰণা সলনি কৰি নিজৰ মতামত আৰু কৃতিত্বৰ বাবে সন্মান আৰু স্বীকৃতি লাভ কৰি নিজৰ গাঁৱত আদৰ্শ হৈ পৰিছে।
