She became a determined change-maker after joining the Aajeevika Mission. Her active participation in Self-Help Group meetings, commitment, and training from centres like Bhopal and Benibari made her a skilled Master Trainer in various subjects. With financial support of Rs. 4.10 lakhs from the Self-Help Group, Gram Sangathan, and CCL loans, Javitri expanded her family’s small grocery business. She also took up several roles, such as tailoring, book keeping, social auditing, CRP drives, and BC Sakhi. Over the years, she formed 40-50 Self-Help Groups across Dindori and Umaria districts, significantly improving her family’s economic condition. Her efforts extended to engaging her family in livelihood activities. She currently earns a steady monthly income of Rs. 18,000-20,000 and serves as a resource person, trainer, and community motivator, inspiring others to achieve sustainable livelihoods.
