After learning about the SVEP scheme, she approached and was invited to become a member of Self Help Group Ni-Boqha at Chekiye Village in Dimapur District.
She made a business proposal for a kitchen utility shop and applied for SVEP loan and received Rs. 55,000/- as loan. She contributed Rs. 65,000/- from her end. With a total investment of Rs. 1.2 lakh, she began her entrepreneurial journey of shop with Kitchen Utility product. Now she is earning around Rs. 15,000/ per month.
She shares her experience and gives motivational talks during the training to fresh potential entrepreneurs. She has also inspired her neighbouring shops through her business model. She is a strong mother and wife, active and outspoken, always wanting to help others who are in need and has come a long way.
