Central Silk Board

Central Silk Board has come up with the idea of reaching out to a large number of rural households to create livelihoods at the family level in Tasar sericulture.

 . They offer the following objectives.

• To create sustainable livelihoods for marginalized households, in various activities of Tasar sericulture and farm based interventions.
• To expand the scope of livelihoods through Tasar sericulture during and post-project period.
• To mobilize families in new clusters of the project districts for building their capacities for self-management and supporting families to build their livelihood vision.
