Badashisha Dkhar’s remarkable journey as a woman unfolded with her decision to join the Self-Help Group, where she not only received crucial financial assistance but also gained valuable technical knowledge. Her trajectory took a transformative turn in her association with National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), leading her to participate her first training on a food processing training at Mawlai Umshiang Organize by Science and Technology and she participates a training at IHM Shillong, she was secure a Bank Linkage loan of Rs. 2.5 Lakh- to establish her own Juice Processing Micro Enterprise. Initially, she invested 50,000/- from herself for machinery and setup. She had also participated in the Pineapple festival at Delhi Haat, New Delhi. Badashisha Dkhar had set up her own Juice Processing Micro Enterprise – at Umpleng, Cement Market. Currently, she is earning Rs. 18,000 per month.
