Mrs. Majestiful started her journey of tailoring, previously she has earned her living in tailoring and sewing clothes in her village.
Later, she entered into a Self Help Group named “Kyntulang Self Help Group”. She has taken loans from her group with an amount of Rs. 1 Lakh for the purpose of buying more fabrics and other equipment required in her business. She also gives training to rural youth who are interested in tailoring and from here also she has earned some income per student. She started selling in the market what she has produced like market bags, readymade jainsem, embroidery (Shrong) and other finish products. After entering into group she has made an estimated net income of Rs. 1.56 lakhs per annum since she has been recognised by many customers and recommended by her group members.
