Before joining Self Help Group she faced numerous financial challenges and had no stable source of income. After joining the NRLM she took FL-CRP Training also completed her graduation. Additionally, she serves as a smooh sakhi.
Sita Devi expanded her skills by undertaking Drone Pilot Training by Remote Pilot Training Organization, Gurgaon.
Upon successful completion of the training, she received a drone, which has become a significant source of her livelihood. She secured various job opportunities such as spraying fertilizers in fields and monitoring agricultural work. Currently, she earns more than Rs. 10,000/- per month.
