ಸೀತಾ ದೇವಿಯ ಕಥೆಯು ಸ್ಥಿತಿಸ್ಥಾಪಕತ್ವ, ದೃಢನಿಶ್ಚಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮುದಾಯ ಬೆಂಬಲದ ಪರಿವರ್ತನಾ ಶಕ್ತಿಯ ಕಥೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಜ್ಞಾನಿ ಜೀವಿಕಾ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಸ್ವ-ಸಹಾಯ ಗುಂಪಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ನಂತರ, ಅವರು ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಸಜ್ಜನಿಕೆದಾರ (ಸಿಎಂ) ಆಗಿ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡರು, 750 ರೂ.ಗಳ ಸಣ್ಣ ಸ್ಟೈಫಂಡ್ ಗಳಿಸಿದರು.
She decided to start a small general store with an initial investment of Rs. 4,000-5,000. Over time, she expanded the business by taking a loan of Rs. 30,000 from her SHG and another Rs. 30,000 from her village organization. She invested a total of one Lakh into the store, stocking it with a variety of goods, including festival-specific items. In addition to running the store, Sita Devi continues her role as a CM, earning Rs. 4,750 per month.
Today, her monthly earnings range from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000, allowing her to provide a better life for her children and her Family.
