Realizing the need to expand her business to achieve a sustainable income, Anju sought financial assistance and successfully secured a loan of Rs 50,000 from village Organisation.
This financial boost enabled her to earn 20,000 per cycle. Additionally, she started a vermicomposting unit, using the manure in her fields and selling it to local farmers.
She created a local fish feeder using a mixture of food waste, poultry waste, herbs like neem and straw, significantly reducing her feed costs. Her business flourished, and she now earns an annual revenue of 4 lakh rupees.
