Smt. Seema Ankush Kamble is from Kamtwada village. She is housewife and her family business was farming with insufficient annual income.
Her journey of being lakhpati didi was started with Umed Abhiyan by joining Sharda Mata Self Help Group. She goes through several veterinary, dairy training programs in maharashtra & other states also. She learned everything about the Pashu Sakhi work like vaccination, disease treatment, medicines and started getting stipend of Rs. 1500. Annually she earns Rs. 40,000 from the Pashu Sakhi work. She also earned from allied businesses like tailoring and her own goat rearing unit. Community Livestock Business Centre (CLBC) was established through the MSRLM initiative, they started a business of Making Goat Soap, Neem Oil and Animal Feed etc. Because of these CLBC activities her annual income increased which helped her and other CLBC centre women to become Lakhpati Didi. Her hard work & Maharashtra State Rural Livelihoods Mission (MSRLM) plays vital role in her Lakhpati Didi journey.
