Mrs. Suguna is one of determination, hard work, and the power of support. Her journey began when she joined the Kubera Lakshmi Self-Help Group. She started attending Group meetings and expressed her interest in the enterprising activities. With the financial support of CIF loan Rs. 1.0 Lakh and bank linkage Rs. 1.5 Lakh, She purchased the Oil expeller machine. But it was not just the financial assistance that helped her to succeed. With hard work and skill, she was able to improve the quality of her Oil items to her customers. As a result, her monthly turnover increased to Rs. 55,000, and she regularly got an income of Rs. 15,000 per month. Her success story is a testament to the impact of the self-help group movement in Ariyankuppam Block, Puducherry, which helped her realize her potential and provided necessary capacity building and financial assistance. She expresses her gratitude to the Puducherry State Rural Livelihoods Mission and all the people who guided her on this journey to a successful entrepreneur.
