Mrs. Sujithra belongs to a middle-class family. She is an independent, hardworking and ambitious woman who wants to do something but also her society with free thinking and a positive approach. She entered into Self Help Group and got credit linkage through CIF of Rs. 40,000 in convergence with the NRLM scheme and her own investment of Rs. 2 lakh and started a Soap Manufacturing Enterprises. At first, she started making Dishwash soap only after she started making Detergent Soap, Detergent Liquid, Detergent Powder, Disinfectant Liquid and Fabric Conditioner. She branded under the name of NEITHAL she started earning Rs. 30,000 per month. Her journey is a testament to the power of leadership, community support, and the opportunities provided through self-help groups and government schemes. Her efforts have not only uplifted her own family but have also created a ripple effect of empowerment in her community.
