Smt Pandya Ushaben joined Hari Om Sakhi Mandal Self Help Group in LImadihya village of District Mahisagar. After joining the Group she started learning how to make Phenyl and started making different types of Phenyl. After joining Mission Mangalam, they were informed about phenyl production on a large scale and started making phenyl. By selling them into the local market and block Market they started getting good income and were able to educate their children well. Their annual income before joining economic activity was Rs. 50,000 but after joining economic development, their annual income increased upto more than one Lakh.
