Lakhpati Didi Journey:
Mrs. Zeba Khan, a woman who has significantly transformed her life through digital banking and financial literacy. She faced financial struggles as her family’s economic condition was not satisfactory. Upon learning about the Madhya Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission, She was inspired to join the Self-Help Group and become actively involved in the financial empowerment programs offered by the mission. She became a part of the Sarim Self-Help Group as its President and later took on the role of a Yojana Sakhi (CSC) operator, which allowed her to provide valuable services and support to her community.
She received extensive training as a Yojana Sakhi, which equipped her with the skills needed to offer financial literacy training and awareness about various government schemes.Her efforts included promoting financial literacy through the Prime Minister’s Life Insurance Scheme, Atal Pension Yojana, and other financial schemes. This training not only increased her own income but also improved her social standing in the community, where she gained respect and recognition for her contributions. Her monthly income is around Rs 12,700 /- per month.
