Then she learned about the Jeevika group and joined it. With the help of Jeevika, she received training as a beauty expert at UCO RSETI. This training changed the course of her life. After the training, when she decided to start her own business, she faced a lack of capital. She then took a loan of Rs. 50,000 from the group and started a beauty parlour. Using her skills, she began offering model celebrity looks to the girls and women in the surrounding areas at low prices. Seema not only provides employment to many girls but also earns Rs. 25,000 to 30,000 per month.
