Before joining the Group, her family found it difficult to make ends meet, the income was barely enough to sustain the household. However, everything changed after she became a part of the group, she received a Revolving fund (RF) of Rs. 15,000, which marked the beginning of her journey toward economic stability. Keisham Ngambi Devi was appointed as the secretary of VLF, a role that not only recognized her leadership potential but also provided her with a platform to contribute to the collective growth of her community. With access to the Community Investment Fund (CIF) of Rs. 40,000, she ventured into poultry farming. This decision proved to be a turning point in her life, She later received a second loan amounting to Rs. 2.5 lakhs, from which she expand her poultry farming. Her poultry business quickly became a significant source of income, with an average earning of Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 70,000 every 45 days. This newfound financial independence enabled her to support her children’s education.
