R.K. Tamphasana Devi has embarked on the path of a budding entrepreneur by crafting Mosquito Nets and Bed Curtains within the confines of her habitat. Despite harboring aspirations of entrepreneurial success since her marriage, financial constraints had hindered her progress. Despite receiving training in the art of crafting mosquito nets and bed curtains, the lack of financial backing proved to be a significant obstacle. However upon joining the Group, a turning point occurred as she secured a Community Investment Fund amounting to Rs. 22,000 from Yaiphakol VLF Naranseina. This financial boost enabled her to procure a tailoring machine, thereby facilitating the seamless expansion of her business operations. At present, she is the proud owner of multiple tailoring machines, generating a monthly income of Rs. 12,000.
