ਸੀਤਾ ਦੇਵੀ ਦੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਲਚਕੀਲੇਪਣ, ਦ੍ਰਿੜਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਕ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦੀ ਪਰਿਵਰਤਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਹੈ। ਗਿਆਨੀ ਜੀਵਿਕਾ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਸਵੈ-ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਸਮੂਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ। ਉਸਨੂੰ ਤਿੰਨ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ-ਅੰਦਰ ਕਮਿਊਨਿਟੀ ਮੋਬੀਲਾਈਜ਼ਰ (ਸੀਐਮ) ਵਜੋਂ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਸਨੂੰ 750 ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਛੋਟਾ ਜਿਹਾ ਵਜ਼ੀਫ਼ਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ।
She decided to start a small general store with an initial investment of Rs. 4,000-5,000. Over time, she expanded the business by taking a loan of Rs. 30,000 from her SHG and another Rs. 30,000 from her village organization. She invested a total of one Lakh into the store, stocking it with a variety of goods, including festival-specific items. In addition to running the store, Sita Devi continues her role as a CM, earning Rs. 4,750 per month.
Today, her monthly earnings range from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000, allowing her to provide a better life for her children and her Family.
