Jeevanam Ayurveda Treatment Centre is an Startup village entrepreneurship Programme (SVEP) Enterprise functioning in Chakkittappara Panchayat of Kozhikode district. When she went to the Self Help Group for the first time, she heard about the Startup village entrepreneurship Programme (SVEP) project and she attended the first orientation at the Group level and she was very much interested in the project. She interacted with the MECs and informed them that she completed an Ayurveda course in an institute but she didn’t get any job till now. At that time Startup village entrepreneurship Programme (SVEP) Micro Enterprise Consultant (MEC) explained the project and she got training about this project . With the support of the project, She got a room for starting the Ayurveda Treatment Centre near the Doctor Consultation. Smitha was able to start the treatment center with certification. She got SVEP Community Enterprise Fund (CEF) Rs 40,000 for startup support. All Ayurveda treatments are available in this center. And she earns Rs.18,000 per month as profit.
