Lakhpati Didi Journey
A self-help group was formed in the name of Bahuchar Mission Mangalam in Shahpur village. Kailasben was added as the president of this group. Before Joining the Group, she used to do sewing work in the village. After association with the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), they make school bags, purses, and tiffin boxes. However, they provided cash credit loans from the National Rural Livelihood Mission scheme to increase sales of all these items. They have been getting employment by getting stalls at various fairs in Sarkar Shree and selling their products. After they join the group, they get a monthly income up to Rs. 30,000 per month.
