After joining the Aajeevika Mission, Neha Soni formed the Prakash Self-Help Group and started saving regularly. She utilized financial assistance, including Rs. 15,000 as a Revolving fund, Rs. 1,00,000 as Community Investment Fund and Rs. 2,80,000 through a bank loan, to establish a beauty parlour and an artificial jewellery shop in her village. Alongside managing these businesses, she also began tailoring work and took up the role of a Bank Sakhi. Her initiatives not only provided services to Self-Help Group women but also empowered her to earn a stable monthly income of Rs. 20,000, significantly improving her family’s financial situation and bringing them happiness and stability.
