Ranju Porgade, joined the Sharda Mahila Aajeevika Self-Help Group. Despite being a housewife, she actively pursued other livelihood activities. She runs her own saree and tailoring centers and operates an Organic Resource Center, where she produces and sells organic fertilizers and medicines. Additionally, as an Agriculture Sakhi, she trains farmers in natural farming. Her dedication led her to become a Master Trainer in natural farming, spreading awareness in other states. She utilized the CCL loan to start a tailoring center, providing training to four women each month. Through these four activities, Ranju earns around Rs. 14,000 monthly.
