Smt. Anasuya, became a member of a Self-Help Group, their income is insufficient to adequately cover their household consumption needs.
After Joining Group, she took a loan from the Self Help Group of one lakh. Out of which she spent Rs. 15000 Tailoring machine and Rs. 10000 for School Fees amount of Rs. 25000 was utilized for hospital expenses. The village organization facilitated the procurement of various seed kits, which were distributed to all Self-Help Group members at a nominal price. This initiative aims to promote the cultivation of organic vegetables within the community, she prepares non-pesticides like Jeevamruth, Neemastra Grana Jeevamrutha for the field and sells the products to nearby farmers who are interested in natural farming. She aims to sell organic vegetables and fruits using non-pesticide management. She is an enthusiast in spreading awareness on non-pesticide management. Along with natural farming she was also specialized with tailoring skills and also ran a small flour mill which is her side hustle. Her monthly income is around Rs. 15,000 per month with all activities.
