Thamin Sulthana story is one of determination, hard work, and the power of support. Her journey began when she attended Group meeting and expressed her interest in the enterprising activities.
With the financial support of Self Help Group, She purchased the latest Kiranam shop-making machine. But it was not just the financial assistance that helped her succeed. With hard work and skilled techniques, she was able to improve the quality of her Kirana items and offer different designs to her customers. As a result, her monthly turnover increased to Rs. 45,000 and she regularly getting income of Rs. 10,000 per month.
તેમની સફળતાની વાર્તા ફક્ત તેમની પોતાની સિદ્ધિઓ વિશે જ નથી, પરંતુ તેમના સમુદાયમાં અન્ય લોકો માટે તેમણે બનાવેલી રોજગારની તકો વિશે પણ છે. તેઓ તેમના પતિના વ્યવસાયને "સ્થાનિક બ્રાન્ડ નામ" સાથે ટેકો આપે છે, જે અન્ય SHG સભ્યો માટે રોજગારનું સર્જન કરે છે. તેમનો વ્યવસાય ફક્ત તેમના પરિવાર માટે જ નહીં પરંતુ અન્ય લોકો માટે પણ રોજગાર પૂરો પાડે છે, જેનાથી તેમના સમુદાયમાં સકારાત્મક અસર પડે છે.
