Lakhpati Didi Journey
Naven Ben’s journey is one of empowerment and entrepreneurial success. Starting as a member of a Self-Help Group (SHG), she rose to become the leader of the group, actively seeking opportunities to improve her circumstances. Undertaking training as a Bank Sakhi, she secured loans from RF and CIF, as well as a bank loan, to bolster her financial foundation.
Post-training, she transformed into a Bank Sakhi, extending digital transaction support to her village and surrounding areas. Naven Ben’s monthly transactions now amount to an impressive Rs. 25 lakh. Diversifying her ventures, she established additional businesses, including a garment shop, and pickle and papad making. This multifaceted approach not only expanded her income streams but also garnered confidence and exposure beyond her immediate surroundings.
Naven Ben now enjoys a sustainable livelihood, with monthly earnings ranging from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000, showcasing the transformative power of leadership, training, and diversified entrepreneurial pursuits.
