Ministry of Rural development has joined the hands with National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) on 27th February 2024 for operating various non-credit services and leveraging on the available schemes of NABARD to benefit of Self Help Group members.
National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (NI-MSME) was associated with the Ministry of Rural Development on 30 March 2022 to provide technical support on rural Entrepreneurship development to the State Rural Livelihoods Mission.
Central Silk Board has come up with the idea of reaching out to a large number of rural households to create livelihoods at the family level in Tasar sericulture.

Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-Central Food Technological Research Institute (CSIR-CFTRI) was associated with the Ministry of Rural Development on 09 August 2021 for providing technical support for the range of interventions in the food processing sector.

Scope of Partnership: Ministry of Rural development and J-PAL have decided to come together on 15th March 2024 to scale up graduation approach and work on gender impact lab. J-PAL is a global research center working to reduce poverty by ensuring that policy is informed by scientific evidence.
1) Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) has brought J-PAL on board as a knowledge partner on ‘Samaveshi Aajeevika’ a comprehensive livelihoods programme designed to empower rural women.
2) For creation of an ecosystem working towards sharing detailed evidence.
3) For bridging knowledge gaps and cultivating confidence for the successful adoption of the Graduation Approach across different states.
4) To collaborate with MoRD to set-up a Gender Impact Lab to conduct new research and institutionalize data.

Scope of Partnership: Ministry of Rural development and Stichting Brac International (SBI) have decided to come together on 1st February 2024 to provide technical assistance to governments and NGO partners for graduation programme.
1) To build a path-breaking strategy to reach the poorest of poor. This is achieved through a time-bound investment in the graduation approach for inclusive livelihood across rural India.
2) To provide technical support to DAY-NRLM and State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) in taking up the Inclusive Livelihood Program.
3) Facilitating State Rural Livelihood Mission in designing and implementing the Livelihood Program as per contextual requirements, integrating gender sensitivity and climate adaptivity and resilience.

Scope of Partnership: Ministry of Rural Development and SA-DHAN joined the hand on 22nd March 2024 for promotion of women led-enterprises among matured members of Self Help Group. It was further informed to perform the following activities in selected states.
1) Preparation of scoping report on potential of women enterprises in selected states.
2) Facilitate partnership between State Rural Livelihood Mission and leading financing Institutions.
3) Support DAY-NRLM to develop appropriate digital tools for the intervention.
4) Conduct workshops, consultations, training Programmes with relevant Stakeholders in Partnership with DAY-NRLM.
5) Develop Schemes related to interest Subvention for entrepreneurs.

Scope of Partnership: Ministry of Rural Development and Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited joined the hand on 15th March 2024 to develop some system in the field of Animal husbandry in rural areas. It was further informed to perform the following activities in rural areas.
1) Setting up Centralized Project Management Unit at the National and Project Management Unit (PMU) at State Level.
2) Facilitation in development of livestock Clusters / Farmers producers Organization in States.
3) Mobilizing and providing necessary government support to conduct various capacity building program like training and workshops.
4) Development Information Technology IT enabled ecosystem for tracking of deliverables of Pashu Sakhi
5) Convergence for providing doorstep Veterinary Services.

Scope of Partnership: Ministry of Rural Development and EaseMyTrip joined the hand on 5th March 2024 to create mutual shared value for all stakeholders in SRLMs. It proposes to train and empower Self Help Group members to enable them to make travel reservation.
1) Self Help Group members to be trained and empowered to be able to make travel reservation for Train, Bus, Hotel and Flights.
2) The selected member to b trained to be able to Search, Book and Print travel services.
3) To ensure and demonstrate the profit earnings of the Self Help group members managing the Ticket book Enterprise.
4) To mobilise the members and ensure their availability for the training.
5) Enhancement of skills of members through multiple interventions.

Scope of Partnership: Ministry of Rural development has joined the hands with Reliance Retail Ltd (“Jio Mart”) on 22nd December 2023 to help local Communities, Artisans, Weavers and Cooperatives by enabling them to use the marketplace to sell their products.
1) To provide the market access to Self help group member of National Rural Livelihood Mission by onboarding them as seller on JioMart.
2) It also support to several artisans in the country through the Self Help Group and their federations to list their product on Jio Mart.
3) The project Monitor Group will monitor seller onboarding, timely delivery, timely payment, operational support on Jio Mart Platform.
4)They mutually acknowledge the contribution of each other in public communication.

Scope of partnership: The two Partners have decided to come together on 29-August-2023 to build a model of Development Entrepreneurs in 100 districts of 12 States of India and impacting five million poor families.
1) DAY-NRLM may support in leveraging Mudra loans to development Entrepreneurs. Help in seeking convergence for skill development/capacity building of development Entrepreneurs. Enhance participation of experts and mentors from Industry.
2) To conduct in depth study, develop scope for development Entrepreneurs working with existing value-chains of different commodities.
3) Select high chance of success value chain (farm, non farm, livestock) among the existing programs supported by DAY-NRLM and build them further and their market led interventions.
4) Promote program at various levels with in the States to create greater enthusiasm and interest among rural communities for their participation and organize various kick-off meetings and promotional events.
