Kapilaben joined Parishram Sakhi Mandal affiliated with Sakhi Mandal in Goraj Village Vadodara District. After joining Sakhi Mandal, she visited the bank to get information about all the schemes of the bank, she started participating in every meeting of Sakhi Mandal. She joined training with RSETI where she was trained in animal husbandry and vermicompost. After this training, She has taken a loan from society and increased the livestock. Earlier, she had only a few animals but now she has eight animals. She also learned to make vermicompost and understood the importance of vermicompost. She used this vermicompost in Organic farming and started earning a handsome amount of monthly income around Rs. 15,000.
