Before joining Self Help Group ,Sweety faced numerous financial challenges and had no stable source of income. After joining the National Rural Livelihoods Mission she has gone through Farm livelihoods Community Resource Person Training.
She expanded her skills by undertaking Cultivation of Garlic Production training and one more training under CSSRI Karnal Regarding Crop Cultivation and Production of Garlic and Ginger. Upon successful completion of the training, she started the cultivation and production of Garlic Crop. which has become a significant source of her livelihood. She earns more than Rs. 70,000 per crop in six months.
She also started a Ram Mahila Producer Group with 20 Ladies of Village Bhusli and ready for manufacturing unit for Garlic paste.
