• Building Skill and Knowledge : Data backed analysis to understand production ecosystems and market landscape, design program, build relevant partnerships and value-addition capabilities. 
• Facilitate Access to Capital : Develop financial structures to facilitate suitable capital instruments such as debt, equity and grants, public and private financing for the enterprises,Create partnership to promote access to credit for farm and Non-Farm sector.
• Scaling up and Stabilization : Support Farm and Non-Farm enterprises on collectivization,Improved access to finance, better market linkage for value addition, promotion and adoption of suitable technology for productive, sustainable and resilient value chains.
